The Courtyard Suite with a POOL, pets stay FREE!!!

The guesthouse is attached via a breezeway to the main house. There is a covered pavilion where you can grill and eat. We have a pool that is open May-September. We have 2.5 acres mostly fenced. There is a concrete walking trail in the back yard about a 1/4 mile loop. The home is pet friendly with NO additional charge, just notify me when you book the house. We allow up to 2 pets. We ask that you keep them on a leash in the pool/courtyard area. They can run in the backyard and potty back there.

Cowtown Carriage House ~ Four Blocks From Route 66

The Cowtown Carriage House sits in a cozy park like setting four blocks from Historic Route 66 in beautiful Baxter Springs. Guests enjoy off street parking (own private driveway) and self-check in which allows for ultimate freedom in travel plans. Relax on the queen size bed. The kitchenette is stocked with the essentials to prepare a meal. Guests are welcome to use the fire pit located in the gardens. This unit has one bed. Airbnb uses some kind of AI that insists there are two beds.

Peoria Hills/Cabin/Route66 /casinos

The log cabin is located in the hills of Peoria, OK. on twenty plus acres of land. Amenities include Wi-Fi, small bathroom with shower only, TV, sleeping arrangements are a queen bed, a sofa bed, and an air mattress upon request . Lots of room outdoors to walk around, the terrain is rocky and uneven so sturdy shoes are recommended. With a small pond close by Deer, fox, skunks, raccoons and coyotes are roaming the woods so please pay attention to small animals and children when outdoors

Old Missouri Farm

Newly remodeled, 110 yr old farm house and cattle ranch on 125 acres of Ozark fields and forest off historic Route 66 Highway. We welcome those who can stay just one night or those who want to stay longer. Hike in our woods, view wildlife, enjoy a bonfire, or just sit on the porch and relax! We have an Activity Barn with all sorts of outdoor gear/toys. The house has a fully equipped kitchen and we are close to the historic town of Carthage where there are several great restaurants.

Retreat to this charming two story cabin overlooking the beautiful, peaceful Sunset Pond! Only a short distance from Joplin, Carl Junction, and Galena, KS, this cabin is surrounded by several ponds, the largest of which is right outside your front door. The cabin features free WIFI, 3 Smart TV's, a fully equipped kitchen, and a washer & dryer. Outside, enjoy catch and release fishing from the dock or just sit and take in the moment when a gorgeous sunset meets the peaceful water!

Stirling, a spacious 5-bedroom farmhouse (sleeps 16,) on 60 beautiful, Ozark acres, offers opportunities to explore, play in the creek, or just sit on the deck and relax! As of, August, 2025, Thirties & the Milk House are Cottages on our property which are both currently rented full-time, but that can change, so feel free to ask!
