It's very hard to find this huge and private space. The suite is over 850sft. More than half acre backyard, basketball court, bbq. Gym on the first floor. This suite is fully furnished with a comfortable kingbed (newly added soft mattress topper). Livingroom has table and chairs, microwave and instant pot for tea or coffee. This tiny cottage is nestled behind an old farm house on a 100 acre working farm just 25 mins south of Downtown Dallas. The 200 square foot space features a detached / shared bathroom connected by the front porch with beautiful stock tank soaker tub. Inside there is a bunk-room complete with full and twin size beds, a cozy loft with a queen mattress, and quaint living room with futon, electric kettle, microwave, and mini fridge. If you need a place to escape the hustle and bustle this is it!
