Welcome to Camp S’mores- this revitalized luxury A-frame has all the modern amenities you need for your Finger Lakes adventure. We just brought new life into this house from top to bottom. The home features three bedrooms and a Murphy bed in the game room on the lower level. EV charger. It wouldn't be camp without a pool so our home has a large HEATED in-ground pool is open May 15th - Oct 1st. The house is located outside of town on 2+ private acres. Dozens of wineries, amazing state parks, beautiful lakes, waterfalls, farms, breweries, shopping, and so much more are all close by. Perfect for couples, families, and traveling workers. We also love hosting Keuka College parents and alumni. Take an evening walk along Keuka Lake or bring a bike and bike the Bluff. Our home is about a 10-minute drive to Penn Yan and about 30-40 minutes to Watkins Glen, Geneva or Canandaigua.
