Beautiful non-smoking 3 bedroom townhome located in Ocean Walk. Ocean Walk is located right on Mallery Street and has most amenities of any condo complex on the island. It’s located less than a mile from Pier Village. In the village you’ll find Neptune Park, the Tidal Beach, the Pier, the Lighthouse, PuttPutt, Water Park, shopping galore, lots of live entertainment, and plenty of delicious restaurants and pubs. There is 15 min walk to the pier and the Beach access is about a 5 min drive.

Large, beautiful kitchen with big island and open living room. lakeview backyard, fenced. 4 miles from the airport, FLETC, and shopping centers, around 10 miles to the beach. WE ACCEPT TDY per diem out of Airbnb for who likes to be closer to many permanent-party FLETC instructors in the neighborhood.

You will love watching many coastal birds and fishing on this active marsh lake with the fish leaping. We provide 2 kayaks and fishing poles!

The space features three beds, a hammock chair, mini-kitchen coffee/tea bar with Berkey water. Also a great spot to enjoy coffee in the morning sun filtering through the live oak trees above.
