Welcome to our charming waterfront Oasis! Located on Blue Bill Cove, our private cottage is steps away from Island Park beach, dining, & local attractions. Stroll down Park Ave to enjoy some ice cream and burgers at Schultzy's or a lobster roll from Flo's Clam Shack (seasonal) while you take in the ocean views. Head to Bristol or Newport, relax at one of the local vineyards and breweries, or enjoy a day on the golf course. Our cottage is also conveniently located near wedding venues & colleges.

A very special beach cottage in the country

Our beach cottage in the country is located on a dead end country road and looks out over a beautiful meadow, part of an abutting farm. It is within walking distance from the quaint New England main street of Wakefield where you will find many shops and restaurants. You are also within 10 minutes driving distance to many beautiful beaches, a short drive to Newport and a ferry ride to Block Island. You can have all kinds of seaside adventures while coming home to your quiet country cottage.

Kayaks and Glimpses of Westport Bay

Stay in a lovely and comfortable cottage with partial views of the bay. The water is just a short walk away past our neighbor with shared access to the water. Enjoy swimming, fishing, or relaxing on the float and soak up the sun. You can also explore the Horseneck Beach, wander the trails, taste the local farms and restaurants, and more. If you want to unwind at the cottage, watch shows on the 65" Samsung Smart TV, fast Wi-Fi, sit on the deck, and flip some burgers on the gas grill.

Harrington Cottage

Walk to shops, restaurants, and attractions while enjoying a peaceful retreat. This charming getaway is sure to become a favorite! Harrington Cottage is tucked away on Lower Thames, offering privacy and convenience. The cottage features a backyard, a queen Murphy bed downstairs, a king bed upstairs, and two full bathrooms. Please note: This is a self-service rental. Guests are responsible for following check-in instructions and maintaining access to the property during their stay.

Riverview beach cottage

A cozy recently updated beach cottage across from Narrow River in the Middlebridge area of South Kingstown. You can watch the boats go by in summertime on the front porch. Nice quiet neighborhood, take the 3-minute walk to the neighborhood river access and launch the kayak and paddleboard available for our guests to use. Picturesque Narrow River divides Narragansett and South Kingstown. You can take a paddle about 2 miles to the mouth of the river at Narragansett beach.

Our highly rated cottage is located just 1/4 mile walk from First Beach and the gorgeous Cliff Walk. Walking distance to Salve University, Bellevue Ave/Mansions, Newport Harbor, and Thames Street restaurants/shops. Clean & Bright historic cottage located in one of Newport's oldest and most diverse neighborhoods. True to its original nature it's a mixed commercial and residential neighborhood with restaurants, nightspots, coffee shops, yoga studios and more. This neighborhood is not fully gentrified; it's a neighborhood and not a luxury location. A mix of apartments, Airbnbs, homes being renovated and long term Newport working class residents, changing from one house to the next.

The cottage is a perfect getaway in the Ocean State. It is an ideal location within walking distance of restaurants, shops, local beaches & parks. The renovated chef's kitchen is an entertainer's delight. This 3/2 home has two living rooms and high-speed internet allowing for ample work and play. The private outdoor deck features a hot tub (open during the winter), pool, fire pit, BBQ, gazebo, multiple seating areas, and a backyard for additional recreational space.

Historic coastal cottage in the harbor town of Bristol, RI. Originally a carpenter's shop, moved to its current location in 1865. Half a block from harbor, parade route, short walk to all downtown shops, restaurants and museums. Minutes from Colt State Park, East Bay bike path, and Roger Williams University. Bristol is located between Newport and Providence (each about 25 minutes by car) making both places easy to visit! Parking available.
