This private space has an open floor plan, fully stocked kitchen, 2 queen bedrooms, 2 full baths, wifi, Roku TVs, and new appliances including washer and dryer. Sitting on 1.3 acres, the property is home to gardens, a tidal creek, and happy hens! It is quiet yet centrally located between downtown Charleston and Folly Beach.

The Backpacker

Our "Backpacker" is a cute and cozy 96 sq.ft. of tiny house nirvana. Situated on a small tidal slough, it provides a beautiful natural setting for reflection and appreciation of that which is good in life. For those looking for luxury, the Backpacker is not for you (you may encounter bugs and it's really hot in summer). However, the Backpacker has a pretty cool vibe, and is extremely convenient to historic Charleston and Funky Folly Beach. The Backpacker is for backpackers and nature lovers.

Indigo House Poolside Retreat is a bright, beachy & bohemian space that is perfect for your stay in beautiful Charleston! This one bedroom pool house apartment is located in the heart of James Island, just 10 minutes from the downtown peninsula and 15 minutes from Folly Beach. It can sleep up to four adults and includes a full kitchen with incredible outdoor space including a salt water pool and a gas fire pit. While the pool house is located in the owners' backyard, it feels very private.

The Garden Folly Guest House

Our architect said, “this is NOT a garage, it’s a Garden Folly!” Our Guest House has a bird’s eye view of the rose covered pecan tree and a vista of the marsh and the Wappoo Creek. When we rebuilt our 1930's garage we saved all the beaded siding and pine floor. My husband enjoyed incorporating many design elements and creative ideas. It was quickly becoming the Taj Garage. We decided it was just the kind of property we enjoy when we travel, so, Voila! we decided to share it with you!
