The Gas Light Carriage House in the Riverland Terrace neighborhood (a local favorite) is on the Muni Golf course & the waterway. 10 minutes to downtown & Folly Beach. 1 block from parks on Wapoo Creek. Easy walk to parks, restaurants, bars, theater, live music & farmers market. We designed this ground level 1BR home for our own use, with parking under grand oaks, private garden/patio area, king bed, queen sofa bed, full kitchen, desk/dining area, 52" TV & a complementary bottle of wine.
