Serene+relaxing environment. Yoga lovers-In a sunny day LR first to be filled with sunlight. DR next to receive sunlight. Kitchen is next. I find relaxing to do dishes with natural light around. BR some sun in the afternoon, next house 6-7 ft away. BR is conductive to relax before getting up to a sunny house (in a sunny day). Convenient to T, near the shops and restaurants of JP, 20 min from downtown. PLEASE NOTE the STEEP STAIRS and a NARROW SPIRAL STAIRCASE which may not suit people with mobility or balance issues.
