Guesthouse is located in Richlands NC. You’ll love my place because it sets on a 50 acre beautiful horse farm with QUIET and RELAXING indoor/outdoor spaces, fishing pond, riding trails, and comfy Queen bed. My place is good for couples, solo/business travelers and couples with children. (This unit is upstairs and requires the use of stairs) We are 3.5 mi from Albert Ellis airport an 15/20 min to area military bases NO PETS/SERVICE ANIMALS PLEASE DUE TO SEVERE ALLERGIES AND LIVESTOCK ON THE FARM

Home sweet home. This 3 BR home is the perfect place for families to gather and spend time together. With an extremely spacious living space and a giant sofa theres seating for the whole family. The entire home is newly renovated and has all new appliances. The kitchen, being fully equipped, is the perfect place to spend the holidays, and family dinners. Five minutes from local restaurants, grocery stores and shopping, the Boho is also in close proximity to Camp Lejeune and is only 30-35 minutes from Topsail Beach and Emerald Isle. Included with the Boho is high speed Wi-Fi, 65" ROKU TV, washer/dryer, stove, microwave and all of the kitchen essentials + more!

Duplex delight w/gators & coffee

Centrally located to Camp Lejeune, MCAS, restaurants, shopping and beaches - 25 miles either north or south of Jacksonville. Whether your trip is for business or pleasure, make sure to keep an eye out for the gator in the backyard creek. Kayakers be mindful if you decide to cruise to the New River as gators have been sighted along that journey. Plenty of sidewalks if you must get a run/walk in before your day begins. And finally enjoy a cup of coffee relaxing on the covered porch.

This townhouse is centrally located with activities to enjoy in all directions. To the east are beautiful beaches, an aquarium, sea turtle rescue facility, a fort and a museum. To the west is Huffman Vineyards, where they specialize in a family friendly experience, with the most amazing wines including chocolate. Also to the west is Mike’s Farm, a place the whole family will enjoy. Jacksonville is surrounded by kid friendly parks, bike trails and places to launch Kayaks. Enjoy!!!

Virginia’s Country Cottage, a charming guest house constructed in 2020, nestled on 40 acres behind our residence. Enjoy your own private yard and relax on the new outdoor patio featuring a gas fire pit. This 950-square-foot retreat offers tranquility in a secluded setting while still being close to Western Blvd. Nearby amenities include restaurants, grocery stores, a movie theater, mall, and Walmart, making it an ideal spot for those visiting cities surrounding onslow county.

Making Waves

This completely remolded home was built in the early 1950’s. My husband remolded the home in 2012. It is very homey and has been decorated with beach decor from one end to the other. The kitchen has everything you would need from electric skillet to a crockpot. It has foils,baggies, salt, pepper, oil, coffee and filters. It also has a laundry room. So much charm and very inviting. We are centrally located in Jacksonville. Close to all military bases and the beaches.

Adorable Townhome with Water Views

Check out the water views of Wilson Bay/New River! This townhome, fully remodeled in 2021, is 15 minutes from Camp Lejeune and 30 from beaches like North Topsail and Surf City. The second floor features a living room, dining area, kitchen, half bath, and a deck with bay views. The third floor has two bedrooms with queen beds and a full bath; one bedroom has a deck overlooking the bay. Nearby are parks and a boat ramp.

The Lake Cottage

The Lake Cottage is located across the street from Greenfield Lake. It is a 3 minute walk to the Amphitheater and 9 minute walk to the Park Center with boat rental, playground, skakeboard park, and Pickleball Courts. There is a 4.5 paved trail that runs around the lake across the street. The Lake Cottage lies down its own private walkway and has a fairly-land feel about it.
