Chazy Boat ramp is 500 feet from the house so do not hesitate to bring your boat. You can enjoy the beautiful sunset outside or from the veranda or decide to stay cozy by the fireplace inside. Relax after a hard day of fun and adventuring by slipping into the hot tub. If you are looking for more, Plattsburgh is a short 10 min drive and the ferry to Vermont 5min.

Perfect for relaxing, fishing, water sports, golfing, and to use as a home base for fun day trips. Wake up to stunning views of the lake from your private deck, and enjoy the clear starlit sky at night. Dogs are welcome with Owner approval and payment of a Pet Fee per dog per trip, maximum of 2 dogs.
