Este apartamento en el 9no piso cuenta con vista panorámica de la ciudad, TV inteligente 4K de 40", Wi-Fi, cocina completamente equipada, lavadora y secadora, 2 habitaciones, 2 baños, aires acondicionados, ventiladores de techo y una amplia sala de estar con un cómodo sofá/cama futón y comedor. El edificio ofrece seguridad 24 horas, piscina, lavandería (por un costo adicional) y está a 2 minutos de la playa. Cerca de supermercados, farmacias, hoteles, restaurantes y una animada vida nocturna.

Power Generator/ cistern. Private apt close to beach and airport. 7 minutes walking to the beach, 10 minutes driving from airport and Old San Juan. Private entrance, private parking inside of the property. Wifi, TV, equipped kitchen, and two working desks if you need to work remotely. The apartment is located in a residential area, a very tranquil street with little traffic noise. Tennis court in front in the premises (need to check Covid19 limitations at time of check in). Pets are welcome.

Actualmente el servicio de agua se está viendo afectado por una avería en el sistema de acueductos y alcantarillados. El edificio cuenta con una cisterna y se estará proveyendo agua diariamente durante tres periodos distintos. Durante la mañana el racionamiento será de 6-8am, en la tarde de 12-1pm y en la noche de 6-8pm. Esta situación es temporera y muy pronto el servicio de agua será restablecido a su curso normal de 24 horas. Continuaré cumpliendo con mi deber de mantenerlos informados!
