This is an owner operated cottage, no seedy management op. Airbnb automatically categorizes us as a "lake front" property but it is more of a "lake view" property. No direct lake access, but you can see it from the patio.

Stay in a beautiful historic East Avenue mansion designed by the same architect that designed the George Eastman house. Built in 1903 for Walter Hubbell, the attorney for George Eastman. The living room used to be the ball room and the ceiling is one of a kind. Private entry, wifi included, off street parking, and access to nearly two acres of beautiful gardens.
