It consists of a living room with plenty of seating, wood burner, free supply of logs, under floor heating, a dining room that opens into our extensive gardens, a bathroom with shower, separate bath and plenty of fluffy towels and a large upstairs bedroom with seating area with views over the River Otter and garden. It is ideal for a couple/ young family as there is a cot and single bed, available in the bedroom area.

Or you can sit on the decking and enjoy this beautiful setting overlooking Devon farmland and glorious coastal views. Of interest two fields away is the protected nesting site of Cirl Buntings. There is easy road access and public transport to Torquay and Teignmouth.
