Our lovely farmhouse is minutes from Lake Lemon, Griffey Lake, Indiana University & many spots in Bloomington. Conveniently not far from I-69, we're 20 minutes away from Nashville. This is a basement apartment with private bedroom, private bathroom, large living/dining area, & kitchenette. Shared front door & ~10 steps inside main floor. The ranch is 50+ acres with 8+ acres of woods for hiking, pastures with cattle, a heated pool & patio area, & a beautiful front porch looking over the ranch.

Peaceful & Luxurious Suite

Our guest suite is close to Indpls--approx. 20 min from downtown. You’ll love our place because of the quiet & serene environment that's just outside of the city. We sit on an acreage close to the I70/Mt Comfort Road Exit making for quick access to and from the interstate. Our suite is in the front corner of our home. It has a private entrance with porch. It looks out into a garden that has a pond with fountain along with seating under a pergola. It has high ceilings and is very spacious.

The Pool Barn is only 1 hour from Chicago & less than 10 minutes from large sand beaches & hiking trails of Indiana Dunes National Park & Indiana Dunes State Park. Outside enjoy our Pool, hot tub, grill, firepit, playground, & we are on the hike/bike trail. Inside is billiards, ping pong, air hockey, darts, popashot, foosball, board games, large smart tv, 5 beds, couch, & full kitchen. No cleaning fee. Book today!

Captain Bill’s Lake House. This majestic A-frame is at the entrance to the Cataract Lake boat ramp. The house will accommodate up to 7 guests, with three bedrooms and two full baths. All guests have full access to Captain Bill’s shared heated pool and surrounding gardens. Boat parking is provided on the property, inquire for details. Heated pool is seasonal beginning Mid May through September.
