Winter: Park at ski shop. Ski in/out cabin is ON the trail system. Private, cozy, fully equipped cabin at Garnet Hill in the ADK forest. Gas fireplace, grill and screened in porch. Steps from hiking trailheads. Access (not lakefront) to protected 13th Lake with sandy beach. Two one-seat kayaks come with the rental. Mountain biking (cabin is on the trails), white water rafting, and tubing nearby. Please note: this is a NOT a hotel/condo or business Airbnb. it has been in our family for 30 years!

Sunset Cottage is cleaned in compliance with CDC COVID-19 Lodging cleaning standards before you vacation there. Sunset Cottage is only 15 feet from Tupper Lake with a sandy spot for launching canoes/kayaks and a large dock where you can moor your powerboat if you bring one. Dock seating and swimming with a dog friendly stair. Fire pit with firewood on the lawn with Adirondack chairs for your use. Two, kayaks come with the rental. Adirondack mountain retreat sits on lake Winslow Homer. A small private body of water. Kayaks,cornhole boards included. Near by revolution rail, white water rafting, tubing, stone bridge & caves, hiking trails, gore mountain. Local public beach is a 7 min drive. Outdoor Fire pit, wood sold on site. Charcoal grill (Charcoal not provided). NO PETS. NO Air-conditioning. There will be a $50 fee for any guest that shows up early or checks out late.
