There are several stairs to achieve this view, but not to worry, I have someone that shovels the stairs on those snowy days.

Heavenly Ski Resort is in our backyard! The county's 13% Occupancy Tax is included in the daily rate.

Our Guest Cottage is a Beautiful Farm house decor. Nestled at the base of the Sierra's and Lake Tahoe, you will find yourself at the heart of NV history. Located mins. from all NV has to offer from fine dining to outdoor activities. Ski, hike, explore, hit the NV nightlife, soak in the spa's at Walley's Hot Springs a mile down the road. At the end of the day, sit on the front porch and gaze over the valley and ponder what Mark Twain and so many settlers thought as they passed by this location.

You’re invited to experience our Sweet Little Desert Oasis right in the heart of the Historic Comstock Gold District (15 minutes from Virginia City). This separate home is very private and in a quiet location. Ready to accommodate 2 adults (no children please). It is completely renovated with clean, neat furnishings, a fully stocked kitchen, and bathroom. Sleep on a comfortable queen sized bed under a homemade quilt. Our home is walking distance to the lake (across a street), wonderful hiking and snowshoeing trails and only a 10 minute drive to Heavenly Village for skiing and shopping, the Gondola and all the Casinos.

The living room opens to the patio/yard area (which is fully fenced), so when the weather is good, enjoy the outdoors. If pets will be traveling with you, please inform us in your message.
