Breweries, art galleries, restaurants are close by. You can walk or bike to the 93 mile Lamoille Valley Rail Trail from our home. Our shed is available for storing your bikes, kayaks or skis.

Sitting on our 200 acre estate this authentic barn offers our guests a chance to relax in the beautiful rolling hills of Vermont. Relax in the beautiful surroundings of the Vermont countryside on the property of Stonybrook Farm. This tiny home is newly built and has everything you'll need for a perfect getaway. We even have wifi if you have to work while you're here. Lay in bed and listen to the brook bubbling past or look thru the telescope and check out the deer and fox that wander by. A true country setting and only 3 miles from town. Open from May 1 thru the middle of October (or so depending on the weather).

The carriage house apartment is right in the heart of the historic village of Hyde Park, Vermont. It is tucked away at the end of a little lane and offers guests complete privacy. The house is surrounded by mature trees and perennial gardens with lovely southern and eastern exposure - lots of sunshine and gorgeous views. It is only minutes from the village as well as countless recreational opportunities including skiing, hiking, biking, snowshoeing, snowmobiling, paddling and much more.

The guestroom room has a separate entrance located off a covered, back porch with a small table and chairs for summer use. There is adjustable heat and cool air from the wall mounted air-source, heat pump. The little kitchen alcove is convenient for coffee or tea or a light meal (toaster oven, single induction “hot” plate, water heater) We live in a historic building. Our neighborhood is very close to Rte 100. Waterbury village and Stowe are nearby too with skiing, hiking and biking.
