The wildlife that surround the property is abundant, with dozens of kangaroos often found lounging in the floodplains and many bird species occupying the surrounding trees. The unit has a private entry, with sensor lighting for night entry. Located close to supermarkets, shopping areas and only 15 minutes from Albury, 38klms from Beechworth and 1 hour from Mount Beauty. Very quiet area.
