This 4 person tent is tucked away in the hollow of our sheep pasture. Listen to the babbling brook and watch the fire flies sparkle on a warm summer evening by the campfire. Included at your site is a fire ring, wood, park style grill, and 2 queen size beds. The restroom consists of a dry flush toilet .In the summer, wash up in our outdoor shower! Parking outside the gate of sheep pasture, wagons available to load your belongings to camp site. Wear shoes that can get dirty!! Tent off grid

The property sits on 203 mountainside acres with 100+ buildings and old animal shelters, 3.5 miles of paved pathways and remnants of the abandoned zoo still in tact. Each of our four tents has a kitchenette in the Lodge. Sweet new Bath House. Our off-grid canvas tent is situated at the edge of a meadow, surrounded by blueberry bushes. It's just 4.5 miles to Main St in Livingston Manor, and 35 minutes to Bethel Woods. We provide a full-size bed (w/ heated mattress pad), fire pit, firewood, propane heater, and solar power. You have access to a private outhouse with composting toilet & outdoor shower on-site, and a conventional shared bathroom if you preferred. We are an LGBTQ+ inclusive space.
