Cozy Country Cottage

Come stay in our ​cozy cottage located down a country lane. Part of the Ponder farm dating back to 1906, we have a little house that offers a peaceful environment overlooking the family farm with a picturesque old barn, surrounded by tree lined fields. Enjoy the updated home with fully furnished kitchen, queen bed, and open front and back porches for relaxing in the quiet countryside. We are located just south of Sherman off Hwy 11, close to Austin College, with easy access to Highway 75.

The Five Acre Woods

Nestled on a wooded five acre hillside tract of land on a quiet winding paved country road, come enjoy the peaceful and natural experience the Five Acre Woods has to offer. This home has been thoughtfully furnished and features three bedrooms, two baths, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area overlooking the woods and a generous living area. The true star of this property is the large expansive rear deck, the new hot tub and the fire pit area. Relax and enjoy at this peaceful place to stay.

Cozy Texoma Guesthouse

Looking for a lovely well-maintained place to stay that is centrally located to everything and quiet. Then look no further than our cozy guesthouse for a comfortable stay within the Texoma area. Our guesthouse has all the amenities that you should come to expect with travel for a quality stay. You will have keyless entry with your own parking space within our fenced in property. Our place is ideal for solo travelers, business travelers, and couples (2 person max). No smoking, or pets.

Barndominium with the OK View

Large luxurious barndominium in a beautiful country setting right outside of the city limits. This 2,400 sqft space is open concept with full kitchen, one full size bathroom, living area, dining table, washer/dryer, ping pong table and sleeping loft. The loft has two twin size bunk beds and two private queen size bedrooms off to either side. This property is shared with two other Airbnb rentable units with a large private pond down below with shared dock. No parties over 10 guests allowed.

The Vineyard Loft

The Vineyard Loft offers all the comforts of home. The studio style apartment has a kitchenet, open living area, and separate entrance. Take a walk in the country, pick some blackberries, enjoy wine tasting at a local vineyard, or shopping and restaurants in Celina located just minutes away (see Guide Book). The Vineyard Loft is one of two Airbnb Venues located on the 3-acre Blackberry Patch property. Check out our other venue (Blackberry Cottage). Book both venues for a larger group.
