Seaview Stay is cliff top escape with uninterrupted panoramic sea views. Enjoy the wonderful sunset and sunrise in this comfortable stylish 1 bedroom annex with your own terrace and private access. We are a 15 minute drive or a short bus ride into Brighton town centre with the added bonus of a beautiful and quiet location to return home to. Directly on the East Sussex coastal path with the nearest beach access only 5 minutes walk, also a short stroll into the beautiful South Downs National Park.

Large and stylish central Hove apartment with private garden, situated on the raised ground floor of a beautiful Victorian seafront building with direct sea views and views over Hove Lawns. The apartment has just been decorated and is filled with antique mirrors, chandeliers, new pale sofas, a king size bed, a double bed and fluffy towels. The shower room is new, with Fired Earth marble tiles and a huge shower head. Perfectly located, the shops and restaurants are a couple of minutes away.

With its own cinema setup, built-in access to BBC, Prime etc, for a cozy movie night. Wake up with coffee in bed, watch the birds, and enjoy the tranquility.

A designer-owned mews flat in a charming cobbled street near the city and the sea. Wake up in our quirky mews and feel like you're in a film set. Features a wonderfully boho open plan area, a big bedroom, a shower room, and a sofa bed for two extra guests in the main room. Expect a quality mattress, cotton sheets, vintage textiles, delicious interiors - and a comfortable and unique experience. Plus a sofa bed in the living room for extra guests. The flat is a 2-min walk to the beach, loads of cafes, pubs & shops on your doorstep. Brighton centre is a 15 min seafront walk / 7 min cycle / 4 min taxi.

This secluded barn is a quirky unique space located the foot of the South Downs Country park. Placed on the crossroads of bridle/footpath. Bbq and secluded outside space, living area, wood burner. One bedroom, king size bed with a Hypnos premier mattress, tea/coffee etc., Short walk to pub where your dog is welcome. The Old Barn has a breakfast & food prep area, air fryer, microwave, fridge Welcome pack provided & continental breakfast. BBQ packs available on request before /during stay

Our spacious garden flat is just 350m from the beach in the centre of Hove with its superb selection of cafes, bars and restaurants. Hove Beach Park with extensive sports facilities is nearby. There's a private decked patio and 2 King Size beds. Brighton's chic shopping & vibrant nightlife is a 30 min stroll along the prom. Our welcome pack has Artisan bread, semi skimmed milk, butter, homemade jam & cakes. Car drivers also get a free 1 day parking permit and there is nearby EV charging.

Idyllically situated down a quiet, magical lane, our oak-framed barn is surrounded by hills and woodland, with stunning views on all sides. There is instant access to beautiful countryside footpaths and bridleways. We are walking distance from a pub with a garden and good home-cooked food. Just an hour from London by train and 10 minutes drive from buzzy, cosmopolitan Brighton, we're also close to lots of pretty villages, lovely beaches, beautiful historic houses and gardens.

South Downs Way Loft ( Tinpots)

The South Downs Loft We’re situated in the South Downs National Park on the South Downs Way half way between Winchester & Eastbourne. Ideal for those who are walking/cycling the SDW. The loft is bright & comfortable. Ideally for 2 adults, but a 3rd adult/child can be catered for. There is a king bed, kitchenette, shower room, a couple of comfy chairs & tv. Patio doors to a deck, BBQ, with stunning views onto the surrounding fields. Here you can see the free range pigs.

Beautiful Garden Flat Central Hove

A stunning apartment (that's what I'm told) in a lovely tree lined street, which considering how close it is to shops, supermarkets, bars, restaurants, the beach and mainline railway station it is amazingly quiet. Although you can drive here and use the paybyphone app for parking it is so easy to get a train as you really don't need a car to get around the area. Buses are on the doorstep, 2 taxi ranks and virtually everything is in walking distance!!

Poets Rest: Seaside Stay w/ EV Charger & Parking

Poets Rest is a beautifully restored former shop located next to Brighton and Hove’s Poets Corner.
