We have 3 cabins on Houston County Lake that rent separately. 1&2 have 2 rooms and 2 bathrooms with a loft. The 3rd is a Studio. Master Bedroom has a queen bed with a private bathroom. The guest room has a full-size bunk bed that can sleep 4. The loft has two twin beds in Cabin 1 and a queen mattress in Cabin 2. The kitchen has a microwave, stove, oven, refrigerator, sink, and dishwasher. We also have a Roku TV and WIFI. We have a covered Pavilion with Pickleball, basketball, and other games.

Easy to get to, 1/4 mi. from Groveton businesses, 22 minutes from Trinity and nearby many East Texas towns and hunting and fishing areas. Master bedroom has full bed, TV. Main room has two pullout beds, TV. Kitchen has dishes, cookware, stovetop/oven, fridge/freezer. Bathroom has shower, toilet, two sinks, towels, basic toiletries. AC/heat. Patio area. Welcome!

20 acres of relaxation in the piney woods of East Texas. Easily accessible from all directions. This is not a place to exert a lot of energy unless you'd like to visit my firewood splitting department. (I may knock a few dollars off the price if you do!) Owners house is next door, Grill, smoker, fire pit, and additional outdoor shower. Pond is stocked with perch. Beautiful walking trails. Golf cart is onsite but availability may be limited. This open concept home is perfect for families or groups looking for a peaceful getaway with just a 10-minute drive away from Lake Livingston boat ramps. Craving "ALONE" time? This is the place for you! This 900 square foot studio with a full width deck is perfect for enjoying the peace and quiet of the East Texas Woods. Turn left out of the driveway and walk into the Ratcliff Lake Recreation Area where for a small fee you will find swimming, hiking, and picnicking.
