Although very quiet and rural we are only 10 minutes from Instow and RHS Rosemoor, and 15 from Appledore, with lots of good pubs and restaurants. Saunton Sands, Croyde Bay and Putsborough/Woolacombe are all within easy reach. To the West the is wonderful Hartland Peninsula. Both Exmoor and North Devon coast and Dartmoor are about 40 mins drive. One small to medium well behaved dog is welcome if accompanied by similar humans! 😁

Come and enjoy a rural retreat in our newly converted barn with unrivalled views over Exmoor and a cosy chic interior. Situated privately within a working farm, relax on the spacious patio, secluded garden or in the luxury hot tub. Each bedroom has a spacious ensuite with stand alone bath and walk-in shower. Underfloor heating and a cosy wood-burner. There is an EV charger at the barn. Beaches and moorland all within a half hour drive. Being within a working farm, sadly we cannot allow dogs.

Welcome to our early 1700's Thatched Cottage in the beautiful village of Westleigh, North Devon. You can enjoy views of the River Torridge from the garden. The village has an excellent Inn with great food. We are a six minute walk to the Tarka trail, where you can walk to Bideford or Instow. Or cycle further afield, like Barnstaple or Torrington.
