Owner lives in the upper level year round and is always handy with recommendations for fun entertainment etc.. Short term boat/trailer parking allowed and is just a 2-minute drive from the boat ramp!

Horsetooth Waterfront Home

Horsetooth Reservoir is a great location for a peaceful, scenic, and fun getaway! Enjoy boating, surfing, water skiing, kayaking, paddleboarding, fishing, biking, and hiking in a relaxed atmosphere just steps from the water and the trails! The property features a well-stocked kitchen, outdoor grill, gas fire pit, deck, patio, hot tub, pull-through driveway, paddleboards, and a kayak! Enjoy our local Horsetooth Tavern for food and music, or head into Old Town Fort Collins for the nightlife!

Private Cottage

Our Cottage is free standing, located away from other buildings on our property. The cottage is great for a getaway, close to the mountains, town. 3 miles to Old Town, 1 mile to the foothills. It's quiet, peaceful with a country feel, yet close to many wonderful adventures. Great room appeal with a large screen TV, DVD player and queen size sofa sleeper. Full size washer/dryer in the large bathroom. Parking is next to the cottage. There is a wood burning stove and we will provide the wood.

Green House on Remington Street

The Green House on Remington is a cozy turn-of-the-century house with new modern comforts and a convenient place to stay in Old Town. Easy walking to CSU campus, also to the downtown area with its variety of restaurants, bars, and shops. The house has a spacious backyard and patio. Our recently remodeled home is a perfect getaway for all. The house is a duplex, with two working professionals living in the basement. They have their own separate entrance and do not share any spaces with you.

The Garden Studio in Old Town

This little studio has had quite a history. The main house was built in 1908, and the studio was built shortly after as a carriage house. It had a facelift as a pottery studio in the 70's. Now, after a remodel in 2023, it is a cozy retreat for guests looking to explore our incredible city. Whether you came for the Old Town experience, hiking in the fresh mountain air, hopping around our world class breweries, or hitting the slopes, we hope you find as much to love about our city as we do.

Our house is a 1902 Prairie Foursquare with loads of old charm. We are located in the heart of Old Town Fort Collins, close to CSU and three blocks from downtown. We are walking distance to several of the finest Microbreweries in Colorado. The apartment has a separate, private entrance, and large 4' high windows in every room. Bright and cheery with warm atmosphere is an understatement. We look forward to meeting people from many places and backgrounds. 2-day minimum, no-smoking, no pets

Walk to the river trail, grocery store, bakery, pizza joint, popular Swing Station, frisbee golf course, or the Tapestry House wedding venue- this is the place! Perfect location to hop on the paved river trail with a bike and brewery hop in Fort Collins, explore Lory State Park, raft the Poudre River, float in Horsetooth Reservoir, and rock climb in the canyon. Studio 812 is a modern studio apartment located within walking distance to downtown Loveland’s shops, restaurants, and galleries. High end finishes, in-unit laundry, fully stocked kitchenette, and a private patio make this the perfect spot to stay for a weekend or longer. The entire unit is aired out, cleaned and disinfected after each stay. All linens (including blankets & comforter) are washed after every stay. And there is NO CLEANING FEE charged.
