Open plan kitchen to vaulted reception/dining room with folding doors to sunny patio. 2 pubs, village shop and M&S food all within 1 mile walking on country footpaths.

The Piggery is a secluded flint built hideaway, with lots of period charm, set in the grounds of a manor house. Yet only ten minutes walk gets you to the countryside! The village also boasts a mainline station with direct trains to London Paddington.

Romantic 17th Century Paper Mill on The Meon River

Enchanting converted 17th Century Paper Mill over the River Meon in Warnford, Hampshire. Quirky interior with original Japanese features. Trout anglers will have a ball. There are swans, herons, kingfishers and mallards and, if you're really lucky, you might see an otter. As you can see from the photo, the Mill is just by our cottage, but we're not always there so often you'd have the whole garden to yourself. My place is good for couples and solo adventurers.
