A Scenic & Secure Hilltop Full Guest House Getaway

Very secure, private and scenic guesthouse casitas that are connected by a private Jack & Jill bath (stand up shower). One bedroom has a full-size bed and is set up strictly as a bedroom and the second bedroom has a twin bed (with an additional twin blowup mattress). The second room also has a new microwave and Keurig coffee maker along with a small dining table for work or games/puzzles that are provided. I have also provided an additional office chair. The rooms and the space are very cozy.

Take the ladder to the queen sized bed (low ceiling) overlooking the kitchen or enjoy a movie on the home theater. A well appointed kitchen will make you feel at home. You'll be close to everything historic Granbury has to offer. There's room to park your boat trailer and a public boat launch less than a mile away.

Shared lakefront grass yard with fire pit. Community dock visible from the house (1 min drive/5 min walk) to fish/launch watercraft. Pet friendly. 7 minute drive to Historic Granbury Square- events, public beach, and local music. No swimming directly from the property. Launch all watercraft from community dock.

Adorable 2 bedroom guest house with private parking area just under 2 miles to the famous Granbury Square. Access to a firepit, and waterfront seawall and deck. First bedroom has a king bed. Second bedroom has two queen beds. Kitchenette with microwave, dorm refrigerator and freezer, toaster and keurig coffee maker. There is no sink or stove in the kitchenette. Sitting area with sofa and large TV, WiFi. Access to BBQ grill at main house. Unit has a stackable washer and dryer.

Also located on the property is the main home (The Pomegranate House) that can also be rented. You’ll be centrally located on this serene property in downtown Granbury.
