No full kitchen or downstairs sink available, only toaster oven, mini fridge, coffee maker (Keurig) with seating for 4 in section of great room. TV, fast Wifi for all your devices. Unplug- and recharge- in our rustic converted school bus. Swim in the pond, meditate in the garden, pick raspberries and see some of the best night sky viewing around. Visit with the farm animals and tag along for chores if you want. This skoolie is far from the swanky, expensive ones you've seen on social media- this is a simple, rustic and very old bus that we were lucky enough to live in with our kids while we looked for our perfect farm, and now we're happy to share it with you!

The house is conveniently located at the north end of the lake and has full access to a private community beach, park and boat launch. The property has 2 bedrooms, one of the best kitchens/common spaces on the lake and an AMAZING deck. Two ski resorts within 15 minutes.

There is an additional two bedroom upper cottage that can be rented as well for more family and friends. Come see what the finger lakes are all about! I have included a nice fireplace so you can even enjoy the winter months. Enjoy relaxing in a hot tub overlooking the lake.

The peaceful atmosphere of this lovely home has everything you’ll need for a restful stay. Within a few miles of Hemlock, Canadice, Conesus, and Honeoye Lakes, enjoy canoeing, kayaking, fishing in the lakes or hiking, biking on the many nearby trails. Close to the Finger Lakes wine trails, local breweries, and distilleries. You’ll have the entire home to yourself. The bedroom has a queen size bed, and there are two self-inflating twin size air mattresses.
