Boat access only peaceful island living only 15 minutes to the Gulf of Mexico or to the boat ramps but seems like a million miles away. The Homosassa River offers World class inshore or awesome offshore fishing. Or fish right from the docks for redfish, snook or the occasional tarpon. We have two docks, one directly on the Homosassa River and one on the back lagoon. Manatee, porpoise and river otters are frequent visitors. We share some of the best scallop grounds with Crystal River. $50/ dog

This one bedroom house offers one queen bed and a pull-out sofa to sleep a total of 4 people. The house offers a private boat ramp, docks, and quick access to the gulf. Includes Wifi, 2TVs, washer/drier, fire pit, grill, coffee maker. Enjoy sunsets, nature walks, and fishing from the docks. Clean, Clean, Clean! EVERYTHING is washed after each guest including sheets, towels, All blankets, bed comforters, and even decorative pillow cases. All handles, knobs, remotes and shower are sanitized.

Our house has large picture windows overlooking the river, marsh and sunset over the gulf. A terrace to sit out and a private dock to the waters edge and to our own island with a picnic table. We have 3 rooms with 4-poster beds, a 4th room with a double-person futon, 2 family rooms, a well designed kitchen and lots of space to entertain. There's lots of land to stroll around the property. If you are looking to unwind and enjoy nature, this place will afford you the peace and quiet.

Recently renovated with all the conveniences guests love into the overall design. The property offers plenty of parking for all your toys (RV's require prior Host approval). Easily fits up to 8 vehicles. Dog friendly! FOUR Kayaks/Paddles included with your stay! Fully equipped home!

The Banyon House 2br 2Ba on Canal + Kayaks

Relax with family and friends at this beautiful property. Enjoy kayaking right from the dock on the property. There is a lovely covered patio where you can enjoy meals cooked in the fully stocked kitchen. There are two bedrooms that are both en-suite. For additional sleeping there is a sleeper sofa in the lounge. We will accommodate Dogs (up to two) but NO CATS... Owner is highly allergic. There is a $75 additional pet fee per stay.
