It has its own decking enjoying fantastic beach/sea views and is only a stone's throw from Perranporth's golden, sandy surfing beach. It is also very close to village amenities. It's so quiet around here you'll forget you're a 15-minute walk from Newquay town centre, and only a 8-minute drive to Fistral Beach. It's a perfect spot for families & couples. Situated in the coastal village of Holywell Bay, our home is just a few minutes walk from the famous Gull Rocks off Holywell beach. Wake up, Smell the coffee, see the sea and explore our beautiful county. Check in to a home away from home. We live in a small village which boasts one of the best Cornish beaches. We are within walking distance of the beach and cliff top walks to the neighbouring beaches. There is a bus stop 30 meters from the flat which can take you to Newquay or Truro City.

It's beautiful, spacious and peaceful set in the conservation area of Crantock. There's great views from the property with lots of beauty spots near by. It's a short walk to Crantock beach with Polly Joke beach not far, so great for walking, swimming, surfing, fishing, kayaking or just lying on the beach. There are three pubs with good food a great Italian restaurant and a well stocked shop a short walk away. You'll also be well located here mid way on the coast for touring all of Cornwall.
