Obschon mitten in der Stadt ist ein ruhiger Garten sowie ein kostenloser Parkplatz (ansonsten überall gebührenpflichtig!) auf dem privaten Grundstück vorhanden. Geschäfte und Gastronomiebetriebe finden sie direkt vor der Türe. Sehr gute Autobahnanbindung für Ausflüge in ganz Vorarlberg, CH und D.

In einer Garten Lounge kann man in warmen Tagen so richtig entspannen. Es ist ein zentraler Ausgangspunkt in Mitte des Rheintals für Wanderungen und vielen schönen Ausflügen. Weiters steht den Gästen ein Carport oder Parkplatz (je nach Autogröße) direkt vor dem Haus während des Aufenthaltes gratis zur Verfügung. Es gibt bei der Garage noch einen eigenen abschließbaren Kellerraum (z.B. für Fahrräder).
