Yet it also has a few modern day updates such as the fully stocked, island kitchen; the best of both worlds! You can enjoy your morning coffee in the rocking chairs on the front porch and grill dinner under the string lights on the back deck where we have a cute, fenced in back yard! Cozy & clean, the Cottage House has everything you need for a comfortable stay in beautiful Blackshear, GA! Located within the city limits, you are minutes away from Blackshear's local & chain restaurants in addition to the shops along Main Street. This is a wonderful place to stay whether you are in town for work, visiting family for the weekend, or just passing through! *No pets or smoking allowed. An additional cleaning fee of $100 will be charged if these policies are broken.
