An enchanting cottage, set in it's own private, fully fenced , idyllic, secluded garden ;a haven for wildlife. The Location offer's uninterrupted views over surrounding, countryside . Large terrace with bird feeders. The accommodation is light and airy ,spread over two levels. Downstairs ;an open plan kitchen with French doors onto terrace, utility, Double bedroom with ensuite bathroom, W.C , hall . Upstairs Double bedroom ensuite shower room. Single bedroom. Lounge with wood burner .

Blackness Farmhouse is a traditional cottage still retaining many of its original features. Bathrooms and kitchen have been modernized, open fires replaced for wood burners and carpeting added to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The cottage was our home while we converted the nearby barns into our new house. and although storage was tight for a busy family of 6, we loved our time living there and always felt it would make a perfect holiday home. This 1830s charming cottage has a front and back garden with stunning sea views. It's a short wander to the beach. Enjoy the large fully enclosed gardens while looking at the sea. We have just completed new interiors, with 2 bedrooms both with king-sized beds (UK) and soft white sheets throughout. A Nespresso coffee machine, hardwood floors, mini barbecue, and local art on the walls allow you to indulge in a seaside cottage with the feel of a hotel. We have parking on site.

Perfect for a couple with a kid, or 2 friends ( the ladder to the mezzanine is a bit steep ) A wooden stove is there to warm up winter evenings.
