This wonderful colonial home offers wide open space on 21 acres of rolling fields with paths leading to the Green River. In the summer build your own dam or in the winter cross country ski along the edges of the stream and get a full view of the West Arlington valley. Swearing Hill is located within a mile of an old country store for all types of immediate supplies. The town of Arlington is 5 miles away, and Manchester, Vt. Is 14 miles, offering golfing, shopping, and wonderful restaurants.

We are located minutes to Manchester viliage, shopping outlets, Equinox Resort, Hildene, and the Equinox Skyline drive. We are 20 minutes to Bromley and 35 minutes to Stratton and Magic Mountain.

The timber frame treehouse is a perfect couples retreat. The home is custom built with hardwood maple trees cut down and milled right on the property. The deck has a barrel sauna, cold or hot cedar soaking tub, a propane fire pit, a wood burning chiminea fire pit, and a bar top for outdoor dinning. Great for families — we've got a crib, a bunk room for the kids, and a bookshelf of board games for those rainy days.

Hit the slopes at Bromley Mountain or Stratton Mountain or in the warmer weather head to The Equinox for a round of golf!

The Equinox Cottage is a quick 3 minute drive to the Equinox Hotel and the heart of Historic Manchester Village. Enjoy the shops, outlets, restaurants, cafes, golfing, and relaxed summer vibe. The Cottage is also an easy walk to the trails in the Equinox Pond preserve. Enjoy this pristine wilderness oasis, plus hiking up Equinox Mountain and surrounding trail system without having to step into your car. This peaceful, spacious, serene spot is ideal for summer relaxation.

Converted to a photo studio in 2004 when we moved from NY; spacious, comfortable, solar-powered, approx. 1 mile to Main St. (town roads, no sidewalk), close to shopping, restaurants, golf, hiking, skiing, etc. Beautiful views, Mount Equinox front, the Green Mountains back. Stunning mid-century house on 2.5 private acres

Stay at our relaxing, mid-century retreat! The house was built in the 60s but has modern amenities. A 4wd or awd vehicle is recommended. Important note: The grill is put in storage and not accessible November-April due to inclement weather. Our house is conveniently located 7 miles from Stratton and 12 miles from the outlets/restaurants in Manchester. Floor to ceiling windows provide a stunning view of the property. The house has a non-working fireplace.

In Town Manchester Studio w/ Loft Bedroom.

The Barn, situated behind our house, is located just a few minutes walk to the center of Manchester. It is a studio setting with general living area on the main floor and a bedroom above in a loft. There is hot tub available to barn guest and a shared (with house) outdoor space. Very clean, very fun space with ample room, comfortable bedding. Perfect for two. (Note: Bedroom Loft is only accessible via a spiral staircase).

Carriage House

This renovated carriage house is one block from Main Street in historic Manchester Center and a 5 minute walk to a variety of restaurants, shopping and outdoor activities. Historic Manchester Village is a 5 minute drive. Bromley is a 10 minute drive and Stratton is a 25 minute drive. Guest privacy is respected by the hosts, who live in the original farm house and can quickly address guest concerns.
