It has a separate entrance, and is approximately 1,000 square feet. Set on a peaceful acre of land along the Genesee River. Enjoy Rochester from this historic mansion with tons of character and charm.

Studio apartment with large living/sleeping area. Sleeping area has a king bed that can be set up as twin beds, if requested. There is a separate private entrance, and parking area. WIFI is also included. Note that all sanitization protocols are followed to prepare the apartment for guests.

Good location, Bright, South Wedge, AC and Parking

We continue to clean fastidiously, and provide excellent ventilation. Spacious 2nd floor flat with skylights, full kitchen and bath, living room, dining room and bedroom. There is Central Air conditioning and off-street parking. We are ideally located in the city of Rochester, close to Highland Park, the U of R and hospitals...and an easy walk to the cafes, (ice cream!) stores, pubs and restaurants of the South Wedge. Downtown in 10 minutes. Roc Cinema also reopened a short walk away.
