The double doors from the patio, lead you into the main, open plan kitchen / living room / dining area. There is a sofa bed with large TV with immediate access to Netflix, iPlayer etc, and super fast WiFi. There is a downstairs loo. Upstairs there is a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and shower. It has all the amenities for a comfortable and relaxing stay.

This fabulous studio is within easy access to the M25 and M1 (both only a few miles away) and is less than a mile away from the mainline station in Kings Langley. It is an ideal location for visitors to the Harry Potter studios in Leavesden (approx 8 minutes by car). It can accommodate two people in a Superking bed making it ideal for couples, (not suitable for toddlers or very young children).

We are only 13 miles from Cambridge, so perfect for anyone visiting or working in Cambridge or the surrounding area.
