Enjoy your stay at this lovely hut at the end of our garden. Our garden is 140 feet long so it's lovely and peaceful. The property consists of a lounge/kitchen/diner, bathroom & double bedroom. With enough room for a family of 4 to enjoy cooking an evening meal, there is a dining table, a 55 inch flat screen TV. This room hosts a double sofa bed. There is a separate bathroom with shower, toilet & sink. The double bedroom has a wardrobe, dressing table, stool, hair drier and a 50 inch TV.

Why not enjoy this historic place in a picturesque setting. The Studio is a 500-year old grain store, now converted into a studio annex. Situated at Sweech Farm in Broad Oak, The Studio is completely self-contained with a key safe for self-check in. It has a King-size bed, sofa, 32 inch tv with Netflix, hairdryer, small Kitchen with fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee and tea making facilities, a breakfast area and en-suite shower room. There is a designated parking space, behind electric gates.

A short drive to the nearby seaside towns of Whitstable and Herne Bay, historical Canterbury and the glorious beaches of East Kent, it is the perfect base to explore the area. A suitable space for families, couples and groups of friends and a great location for walkers, cyclists and sightseers.

Suitable for couples or friends as there's also a click clack sofa bed for occasional use if needed (please advise at the time of booking). (Please note we are unable to accept children under 12.) Perfect as a base for exploring the local area of Herne Bay with great trails for bikes/walks and runners. A welcome basket for a light breakfast is provided, along with teas, coffee and milk/juice.
