Unser Traum ist mit dieser wunderschönen 3-Zimmer-Wohnung im Seebad Ahlbeck wahr geworden. Im OG ist der wintergartenähnlichem Verandenvorbau hervorzuheben. Dieser lässt sich durch Vertikalschiebefenster öffnen und wie eine Loggia nutzen.
