We are located in the heart of the Park Avenue neighborhood, where restaurants, cafés and shops are just steps away. It is a super comfortable place with a strong home away from home vibe. We have a very simple check in process and no check out “chore" list for guests. We are happy to host a maximum of 4 guests. Only guests included in the reservation may be on the property.

Our Airbnb is a spacious 1400sq ft fully-furnished private walk-out basement. The space has all the basic amenities and comforts along side a 65in HD TV, ping-pong table, and a foosball table. Our property is located in a quiet and friendly neighborhood. Our Airbnb is prefect for all sorts of guests. Nearby you will find I-90 thruway, UofR, RIT, Strong Memorial Hospital, Airport, and great dining spots.
