BBQ whilst watching the setting sun and then relax in the secluded Hot Tub under the stars. Bliss! ​

Tree House - Hot Tub on balcony

Our rustic Glamping Treehouse stands 5m above the ground, which is accessible via an exciting seven-meter long suspension bridge. Boasting a warm themed interior, the Treehouse offers breathtaking views over the Chess Valley, which can be seen from the balcony and through the large panoramic window. Features include a spacious king-size double bed, en-suite toilet and basin facility. The outdoor balcony is home to a shower and hot tub, the perfect spot to relax amongst the surrounding treetops!

Mews Cottage is a self catering guest house located within the North Wessex Downs Area of outstanding natural beauty (AONB); Mews Cottage is the converted stables next to the country house and now provides you with a base within a rural location to relax and explore Oxfordshire Situated on the south side of the Wittenham Clumps; a prominent Oxfordshire landmark featuring an ancient hill fort and clumps of trees atop the two hills which provide far reaching views as far as neighbouring counties

If you’re feeling energetic, play tennis or pickleball on our court or cycle the Phoenix Trail - (Bikes/E-bikes by arrangement.) A perfect hideaway for a romantic break, recreational weekend, peaceful remote working or just recharging your batteries.

Tucked into the Chilterns, The Old Stable is a bright, vaulted 17th Century barn conversion. Lavished with love & attention to detail - inside you'll find a king sized bed, a huge power shower, underfloor heating, a fully equipped kitchen (with Nespresso and dishwasher) and Smart TVs with Netflix. Step outside to find a croquet lawn, tennis court, hammocks and a natural swimming pond. Footpaths run straight from the property. We were on BBC's Countryfile! 3rd May on BBC iPlayer for a peek.

The Brickmaker’s Loft

A newly fitted one bedroom apartment, with living area, full kitchen, large bedroom with king size bed, a full size single bed in the eaves, and an extra single bed if needed. We’ve kitted the Brickmaker’s Loft out with everything you would need. The kitchen has an oven, fridge, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, microwave and all the normal cooking bits, crockery etc. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, loo, and sink, and a washing machine if you need it. The bedroom is a lovely relaxing space.

In the evenings sit and watch the sun go down around your fire pit or stay cosy indoors with your log burner. We are a working farm and you may see the tractor trundle past feeding our herds of Texal sheep (Lambing right in front of you in April 2026!) and Limousin cows grazing in fields, or watch the many birds. You have your own secluded, fenced and private garden area with seating.
