Directly on the East Sussex coastal path with the nearest beach access only 5 minutes walk, also a short stroll into the beautiful South Downs National Park.

'Jellybean' is a lovingly restored 1974 TINY houseboat nestled on the mudflats of an RSPB bird reserve on the West Sussex coast. In between St Leonards on Sea and Hastings, and 30 seconds to the beach! The bedroom has a king size bed and the living room a double sofabed. Bedding is cotton/linen washed with non toxic products. Flat is on the 3rd floor but not that many stairs and as such, sea views far from the madding crowd! There is free parking nearby

Couples only flat in great Eastbourne location

This large first floor apartment is in a great location. Just yards from Devonshire park tennis and theatre, and even closer to the seafront, the iconic South Downs are just at the end of the road, perfect for the end of the South Downs Way. If you are lucky and stay in the winter you might be to see the murmerating Starlings down at the pier at dusk. Whatever your reason for visiting Eastbourne, it's worth the trip, 90mins on the train and well connected once you arrive.
