Get a laugh seeing a recreated outhouse bathroom but with a modern toilet. Enjoy eating on a chuck wagon tabletop. Additionally, sit by an open firepit and make complimentary s'mores all while gazing at the galaxy of stars, watching the wildlife, and viewing our cattle during the day. Experience a little country in the city. Originally a family owned feed store, The Rafters has exposed hand built rough cut rafters in the ceiling, original wood floors and a tin roof. Horses, chickens and other farm animals are on the property as well. Southern Arkansas University (SAU) is five minutes away. The historic square which is home to the annual Magnolia Blossom Festival World Championship Steak Cook Off and local shops and restaurants are just a three minute walk.

The Snow Cone cottage

450 square foot Waterfront cabin on lake Claiborne 5 miles from downtown homer la. Fishing/ boat dock located on the property for guest use. There is a community boat launch adjacent to property. There is an additional cabin on the property that sleeps 6 that can be rented separately. This cottage started out as a snow cone stand built in Ruston Louisiana that was moved to Lake Claiborne in 2020 and was stripped down to the studs and turned into a 1 bedroom tiny home.
