Escape to Hayden Lake. This waterfront guesthouse is well-equipped for a relaxing stay in beautiful North Idaho. You'll find a modern rustic space with a fully stocked kitchen, cozy fireplace, serene surroundings, and an inspiring view of the lake. During any sort of winter weather, 4WD or snow tires are advised to get you safely in and out of the neighborhood. The neighboring home is undergoing excavation from Apr-Sep 2026. You can expect construction noise and traffic during working hours.

Welcome to your private guest cottage, right in the heart of North Idaho! We are only 2 miles from Lake Hayden, and 6 miles to downtown Coeur d'Alene! We are also only 11 mile from Silverwood! We offer a beautiful space, complete with 2 bedrooms, a short loft for kids, a full bathroom, and a large kitchen with all new appliances! We have blazing fast internet and a desk area for those who are working while on the road, as well as a large parking area if you have more than 1 vehicle with you.

It's located 8 minutes to town, 5 minutes to Honeysuckle Public Beach, 20 minutes to downtown Coeur d'Alene, and 20 minutes to Silverwood. This serene space will have you relaxed in no time! Please note: it's located above our garage with 18 stairs to get in. The nearest public beach is 5 minutes away.

Entire house on a large lot. 3 bedrooms plus a sitting room and large family room. The fourth “room” is a loft with a twin size beanbag. A ladder leads you to a secret getaway that a kid would love. Lots of space to stretch out and enjoy your time away. Family room has foosball, fireplace and a comfortable sitting space with a full size futon bed. Private entrance brand new construction! 500 sq. Ft apartment guest house with fully equiped kitchen, bathroom, and laundry, 1 queen bed in private bedroom and 1 couch hide a bed in living room. "Ask about the 18x30 party room below, has second bathroom TV, bar, and bunk beds" (extra 75 a night) Private neighborhood. 10 min to Silverwood, golf, lakes and close sweitzer or silver mt. ski resorts and minutes away to numerous lakes!! Grocery store and all amenities 5 min away.

Private, safe, clean, and quality. Custom built, modern & functional floor plan w quality sheets on a tempurpedic mattress on a queen bed. Futon couch is 3rd person bed. Oversized tub/shower, quartz countertops, microwave, mini fridge, toaster, & Keurig coffee maker. Separated private entrance & patio w self check-in & parking on far side of my home on nearly an acre. Only 1 shared wall is with my Boat garage. Close to Honeysuckle Beach & downtown.
