Russet overlooks our fields where our Llamas, Alpacas and horses live. Located just outside the picturesque market town of Chipping Sodbury, we are also perfectly positioned for Bristol, Bath, Cheltenham, Cirencester, walks in the Cotswolds and the world famous Badminton and Gatcombe Horse Trials. The barn was once used as the dye house for the working cloth mill in the 1800's, however during the war the dye house was repurposed as a cowshed and now recently converted into a home.

Approximately 30 minutes from Bristol and Bath with close proximity to the M4. It is a 5 minutes walk to the local village public house. The property was originally a tied cottage for Badminton Estate workers and was built circa 1770.
