The river is slow moving and warm in the summer months but too cold and fast for swimming or boating in the off season (usually Nov-May). There is also laundry facilities, Hot tub ,sauna and outside patio with propane fire pit and barbecue, all for your private use. We are setup for a couple and our amenities are for our guests only .
