Ahora reinvertido por la asociación Saisons Zéro, alberga desde 2020 oficinas y talleres, instalaciones de baja tecnología, un espacio de programación pública, múltiples actividades y ... un albergue alternativo instalado en las antiguas habitaciones de las hermanas Clarisas.
