A bush hut... Close to waihi town,but in the country. .paddock and trees and lots of chickens and guinea pigs around. A simple rustic cabin with 1 double bed and couch... Lots of great walks, and close to bike trail..12km from the beach If you like animals and a bit of outdoor space you will like it here. (there can be insects and spiders)
