Our suites offer fully equipped kitchens, dining area, living room with gas fireplace, and central air conditioning. Includes two queen sized beds and a pull out sofa to sleep six comfortably. Also includes WiFi, coin operated laundry, and private balcony. All suites are non-smoking. Includes use of our beautiful private beach. Breakfast is not included in the suite rates starting in 2022, but can be purchased. We also stop serving breakfast during the off-peak season when it's not busy.

Sleeps four comfortably. It is located on the second floor and includes complimentary breakfast from May through October. The suite is located in the cozy carriage house outside of the main inn with its own private entrance. There's a spacious balcony with partial ocean views.

Favorite of romantics – furnished with a queen bed four poster set and comfortable cushy chair, it’s the perfect place to relax! The view is breathtaking from the window in the small alcove and from the bath as well. Also included is a mini fridge and TV for your pleasure. The room accommodates up to two guests in one queen sized bed. WiFi, full breakfast, and one parking space are included. Parking is limited, so please plan accordingly.

A wonderful partial view of the ocean can be seen from the large bay window in Room One hundred fourteen. Decorated in soft pastels and spacious enough to accommodate four guests comfortably in two queen beds. All rooms in the B&B part of the inn include a mini fridge, TV with cable, WiFi, ceiling fan, and self-controlled air conditioning and heat and are non-smoking. Breakfast is included May through October only.

All rooms are decorated in garden themes. This quaint room in the bed and breakfast includes one queen sized bed and has a lovely balcony with a partial ocean view of the Nantucket Sound. It sleeps two comfortably and is located on the third floor of the inn. No elevator.
