Coldstream Cottage

Set on a 20hectare property on the banks of the Mooi River, Coldstream Cottage is the perfect place to unwind. Enjoy the beautiful views on the verandah, stroll down to the river or have an early morning run. The cottage is an architect designed, open plan, one bedroom unit with partly open plan bathroom. Morning sun pours through expansive glass panes, a free standing fireplace and solid wood floors help keep it warm in winter. A 20 minute drive gets you to Nottingham Road shops and restaurant

Beautiful Breeze Cottage sits among the stunning hills of the Dargle Valley. It overlooks 3 tranquil dams, rolling pastures and an indigenous forest. There are cattle and horses in the fields, abundant bird life to enjoy and peacefulness to breath in. It's the perfect place to recharge while escaping the pressures of city life and with the Midlands Meander on our doorstep you can be as busy or as quiet as you choose. The farm is now fully off Eskom power so load shedding is a distant memory.

Splashy Fen Cottage secluded house

Splashy Fen Cottage is a secluded thatched property on Splashy Fen Farm, home to the famous music festival. If you’re looking for peace and solitude with spectacular views of the Drakensburg mountains, lovely spots for swimming and tubing and fantastic hiking and birding, this is the place! The cottage sleeps 6 people in 3 bedrooms, plus an additional 4 people on a mezzanine which has 3 further beds and a pull out mattress. Guests have exclusive use of the property. MAXIMUM 2 DOGS ALLOWED

Hilton House One

Hilton House is perfectly located in the heart of Hilton, just 800m from the N3 highway. It is close to local schools and shopping centers and the freestanding cottage has its own private garden. The property has remote gate access with secure parking directly outside the cottage. Some highlights include uncapped WiFi, solar power backup, a four poster queen bed, two single day-beds, a smart TV and a trendy kitchen with a fridge, microwave and air fryer. The cottage features one bedroom, one bathroom, an open plan kitchen and living area, small patio and private garden. WIFI and Netflix is available. Set in peaceful surroundings with a breath-taking view of the valley, unwind with a relaxing countryside getaway. Enjoy an early morning run or stroll through the plantation, or explore the Midlands Meander close by.

River Cottage

Tuck yourself away in the heart of the Karkloof valley. Feast your eyes on the beautiful view, watching the sunset over the river on your doorstep. Secure and serene, this little getaway is both convenient and tranquil. Neighbouring some of the best biking trails in the country and home to some beautiful walks and the well-known bird hides and the Karkloof Conservation Centre. Woodsong Cottage - Self Catering

The cottage is situated in The Dargle Valley bordering a forestry estate and overlooks the uMngeni River. It is nestled in the trees next to the main house on Woodsong Farm, which is a small life-style farm where you are free to explore the surroundings. Enjoy walks to the small dam with a picnic basket and bird-watch, take photos, enjoy some casual fishing and wild-swimming. The cottage is not suitable from small children. The cottage is not pet friendly.

Located in picturesque Currys Post, 180* at Mission House is a charming studio/cottage surrounded by breathtaking views of the Drakensberg Mountains. This cottage is secluded and cozy, with expansive views and outlook. Light, spacious and airy, it is comfortably furnished with everything you'd need for a weekend away in the beautiful KZN Midlands. Mission House is in the heart of the Midlands Meander route, and only a short distance from the N3.

The Snuggery Cottage - your snug Howick stay

Welcome to The Snuggery Cottage in the picturesque town of Howick, gateway to the KZN Midlands. Nestled in a 1940s property with solid brick walls and oodles of character, the Cottage is ideal for one or two people. Whether over-nighting, or staying longer, guests are welcome to unplug, visit our chickens and ducks, light the fireplace, play card games, read a book or head out and enjoy the sights and beauty on offer in the KZN Midlands.

The fisherman's cottage is situated right on the water's edge and has a panoramic view of the dam and indigenous forest. Relax and enjoy the abundant bird life or tumble out of bed to cast a line for bass. The cottage is centrally located on the Midlands Meander in the Balgowan area, and is close to popular restaurants and wedding venues.
