Quiet space in the country

Small addition to our house for out of town guests and family. Private entrance and isn’t connected to the rest of the house from inside, but above the room is our kids' bedroom. It has a little kitchen area with a water boiler microwave and fridge (no freezer). There’s a small bathroom with a shower and a queen bed all in 160 square feet,so a very tiny, tight space :) there’s a little porch area to hang out. We are off the beaten track in the woods. 12 Min to Callaway, right off 185 exit 30, 32

Our lake access is close enough to bike/walk, but we prefer to drive into the access w/all of our gear! @ the gated access you will find a swimming area, boat launch, grills, screened in & open pavilion, and a playground. This cozy cabin is perfect for a weekend or week long retreat! If offers over 100 ft of water frontage on the Georgia side of Lake Harding. Located just minutes from several restaurants and the Marina. Kayaks, paddle boat, paddle board, floating mat, fishing poles, and life jackets are available for use. What this is NOT - a place for you to throw a party - 6 to 8 guests during your entire stay are the maximum allowed due to the size and quietness of our property. Thank you!

Mistical cabin in the woods near Callaway!

A short drive to Callaway Gardens & Roosevelt Park. Few people even know it exists except the owners whose family has occupied this land since 1835 . An hour South of Atlanta, the cabin is not primitive, it has all the modern convenience sitting on a 20 ac tract with bigger tracts of land adjoining. I have a five person sleep accommodation but if you are a larger family I can make an allowance. It is a very safe area and we are available if you need us.
