Located on this one of a kind spot, the front of the home is considered Historic Harpers Ferry, and the back Historic Bolivar. Either way you look at it you are centrally located within walking distance. On a private road it is not only private, it is quiet. There is a quaint bakery at the top of Boundary Street to the right and to the left there are 2 restaurants, and the local band hot spot. You will find this spot VERY spacious as it is a 1 bed, 1 bath, full kitchen that is almost 1000 sq ft.

From the front porch, stroll the yard, and across the road, to access the Shenandoah riverfront dock. Here, the river is wide, and the view is amazing, launch a kayak or tube, fish from the dock. Enjoy your evenings around the campfire. From the cabin, you are just a few minutes away from Historic Harpers Ferry, wineries, breweries, hiking trails Enjoy!

The Bird's Nest - Cabin by the River

Located on one of the Seven Bends of the Shenandoah River, the Bird’s Nest is a brand new, custom built 800 square foot cabin featuring an open loft with king bed and skylights, steam shower, heated bathroom floor, and gas fireplace. Exterior amenities include a hot tub, gas grill, gas fire pit table, fire pit by the river, and private river access in a peaceful, wooded setting. Kayaks/tubes are available to use to float down the river with the unique ability to park/exit on the hosts’ property.

A completely equipped two bedroom vacation rental suite. Located in the Historic District of central Harpers Ferry. The Carriage House is a large unit with private entrance, two beds, full bathroom, and kitchen. The shared yard has a picnic table and swing to enjoy the summer weather. Feel refreshed when you stay in this rustic gem! The Springhouse is nestled in the rolling hills of Northern Virginia’s Wine Country! Originally constructed in the early 1800's, the structure was built over a natural spring that was used for refrigeration. Water from the spring maintains a constant cool temperature throughout the year while also filling a pond. The original stone well, channel and stone flooring are all intact for guests to explore and experience how our ancestors lived.

Cozy West Virginia Treehouse

Thanks for checking out our treehouse! It’s 4 minutes from downtown Shepherdstown and 15 minutes from downtown Harpers Ferry. We are excited to share it with other fun-loving folks! The treehouse has heat and AC, a tiny kitchen with a mini fridge, stove top, toaster oven, gravity-fed sink and kitchenware. There’s a bathhouse built on the back of the host’s home with a conventional toilet and shower. There’s also an outhouse with a light and essentials. We provide wood for the fire pit also.

Read by the river or in the quiet comfort of the house, w/ some wine on us.

The private entrance is down a stone-stepped path. Perfect for 2 w/ the queen bed but room for 3 w/ the living room futon. Fully equipped kitchen. Private charcoal grill and fire pit next to the creek.
